Most agents utilize Jack Pratt's services (link below) for signs, however you are allowed to use any sign company that you prefer.

All custom yard sign designs must be sent to marketing@exprealty.net for approval, before you place your order.

OREC Sign Requirements are as follows:  

1.)  Must have the broker's name (the eXp Logo) which must be prominent, conspicuous & easily identifiable, which is defined by OREC as being at least 50% or larger than any associate reference  

2.)  Must have the Office Phone Number

 

You are allowed to include the following items on the yard sign:

1.)  Your Name

2.)  Your Contact Info

3.)  Your Personal Logo (if applicable)

4.)  Your Slogan (if applicable and which cannot be construed as that of a firm name.)

5.)  Your Domain/Website Name
